Any child applying to Hamlin for kindergarten for the 2009-2010 school year, must be five years old by August 1, 2009.

Attend Learn About Hamlin scheduled for Saturday, October 25, 2008. Our program, designed for adults only, begins at 9:00 a.m. and will include an overview of the K-8 curriculum and an opportunity to meet the Hamlin faculty and administration. II. Parent interview

To schedule your child's screening and visit, please use the kindergarten screening and visit form from the application packet.

Please let us know if your child requires special accommodation to participate in our admission process.

Return all admission documentation (completed application, kindergarten screening and visit form and nonrefundable $100 application fee) by December 19, 2008. Families facing financial constraints may request an application fee adjustment by contacting Lisa Lau Aquino '81, Director of Admission.

Submit an evaluation form to your child’s preschool teacher. Your child’s preschool must return this evaluation form to Hamlin by December 19, 2008.

March 19, 2009: All San Francisco K-8 independent schools, including Hamlin, mail their decision letters on this date.
