hope that you and your family enjoyed a restful summer.
We’d like to
introduce ourselves – Epicurean Group, the team behind the meals your children
will enjoy at school starting this school year. Epicurean Group is dedicated to
serving the needs of your school and the community at large. Our talented chefs
and managers are committed to sourcing and preparing healthy, fresh and
delicious food that will nourish your child’s body and mind.
We
are pleased to announce that we will be providing a new organic café program
for Hamlin School teachers and students. Epicurean Group partners with local
growers and artisan producers who demonstrate high standards of quality and
environmental responsibility.
All
of our café produce comes from farms right here in the Bay Area. Clover Dairy will
provide organic dairy products and all protein will be sourced from local farms
and ranches that have met our high standards. Our seafood is purchased
according to the Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Seafood Watch guidelines. Epicurean
Group chefs use the highest quality ingredients to prepare your child’s meals.
And we cook from scratch – all stocks, dressings, and sauces are made in-house
– nothing comes from cans.
We
are proud to be a local company whose employees possess unparalleled experience
and skill. We start with the finest ingredients possible and, with parent and student
feedback, we customize your school menu. We truly love what we do: helping you

Lunch duty is a great way to volunteer and become involved at Hamlin.
Parent volunteers are crucial to the lunch program's success, and we
truly appreciate your participation.
As a volunteer, you will help serve food and support the girls in making
healthy food choices. Participating in the Hamlin Lunch Volunteer
Program is a wonderful opportunity to see your daughter at lunch and
work with fellow volunteers. Volunteer shifts are from 11:05am-1:05pm
each school day. All parents are welcome, as well as grandparents,
caretakers, and alumnae.
The Hamlin Lunch Volunteer Calendar is filled on a first-come,
first-serve basis at the beginning of the school year, and names may be
added to the sub list at any time. Please sign up promptly to assist the
