ASA (After School Academy)

TThe After School Academy is an offering of enrichment courses that are not available during the school day. Many classes mix students at various grade levels so that they may interact and collaborate in a supervised, social environment. Although each class has a specific focus - Climbing and Cooperative Games, Jazz Dance and Hip Hop, or Craft Woodshop - they all aim to involve girls in a new or favorite activity in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.

After School Academy (ASA)

  • Classes generally have 6 – 12 students
  • Classes run 3:15 pm – 4:30 pm Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, and 2:15 pm – 3:30 pm on Wednesdays
  • ASA offers the girls three opportunities to register over three trimester terms: fall, winter, and spring
  • Kindergarten ASA classes are offered 2:00 pm – 3:15 pm in the winter and spring terms
  • All ASA classes are $20 per session

2008 FALL ASA REGISTRATION PROCEDURES AND POLICIES

  • Please see the ASA and Music Academy Catalog for the schedule of classes and lessons
  • Complete the registration form and return to Hamlin via fax (415-674-5409), email to fonarow@hamlin.org in pdf form, or deliver to one of the two reception desks
  • All registrations received before 10:00 am on Friday, August 29 receive equal priority
  • Due to class size limitations, all registrations received after 10:00 am on Friday, August 29 are registered in the order they are received
  • Classes will be confirmed during the week of September 2 – 5
  • Classes begin the week of Monday, September 8
  • Class lists are finalized on Friday, September 19. At this time, all registrations are final and no refunds will be given
