In the last week of their seventh grade year, students partake of two leadership days in preparation for their upcoming roles as eighth graders.

To strengthen their sense of ownership of the school as well as to tap into the power of service, they complete a variety of helpful projects around campus. To hone their collaborative skills, they also participate in many fun team-building activities and group challenges. Additionally, they spend time reflecting on the qualities they each want to bring to their final year at Hamlin. They leave seventh grade well connected to each other and ready to step up to the plate as the new school leaders.
