Begin the process by joining us for a weekday tour of the school to see our students and faculty in action. These tours are traditionally led by our Grade 8 students who are the “experts” about life at Hamlin. At the end of the tour, you will have an opportunity to chat with current Hamlin parents as well as with Wanda M. Holland Greene, our Head of School.
In addition to our weekday tours, there will be a variety of events throughout the admission season which will give you the opportunity to get to know our program and community.
The process comes to a close in mid-March when decision letters are mailed by independent elementary schools in San Francisco. Families will then have a week of quiet reflection to consider their options.
The Hamlin School admits students of any race, color, religion, disability, citizenship status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, and national or ethnic origin and accords to them all the privileges, programs, and activities at the School. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, citizenship or national or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admission policies, financial assistance programs, athletic and other School-administered programs.
